TD - Ring Stability Circuit
Welcome back to another episode of Technique Daily! Coach Dustin Myers is going to show you one of his favorite Ring Stability Circuits. This is a great circuit for core and shoulder stability as well as over all BEASTNESS!! You will be in a push up position with your core tight with a slight pelvic tilt. You will start with one lay out back to one arm lay out on each side then 5 pushups. That is one set. Try to start by hitting sets of 3 and if you can work your way up to sets of 5, you're and animal! Give this Ring Stability Circuit a try and let us know what you think!
