Welcome back to another episode of Technique Daily! Today, Coach Dustin Myers is here to show you how to do a Planche Push-Up on the parallel bars. This exercise will help teach you how to use your lats to push which is essential for athletes. There is also a lot of core activation that is necessary to execute it properly.
