TD - Incline Isolation Row
Welcome back to another episode of Technique Daily! Coach Dustin Myers is back to show you how to do the Incline Isolation Row back exercise. Since this is an isolation movement make sure to grab a light set of dumbbells to ensure you are performing the exercise correctly. With your chest supported on the incline bench, let the dumbbell hang down with an over hand grip. Row the dumbbells up to your hips an hold it.
Lower one down while keeping the other in the static hold position performing 2 reps with that arm then switch sides and perform 2 reps keeping the other side static. Switch to a neutral grip with palms facing one another and repeat the reps again. After performing the neutral grip switch to an underhand grip and perform the reps again. Remember that regardless of the grip you are preforming, make sure to keep your shoulders pulled back and don't round over on the bench. Also head placement is critical as well to avoid neck problems. Give these Incline Isolation Rows a try and let us know what you think!
