TD - Bulgarian Split Squats
I know what you're thinking...someone who doesn't do many heavy squats giving powerlifting advice? However, Dustin Myers' advice on how to implement one of his favorite leg movements, the Bulgarian Split Squat, is a guaranteed way to build some solid strength in your lower half. The technique on these are a bit tricky, so pay close attention to Dustin's cues and use these as an accessory for your main lifts!
