Use this superset to build powerful hips and strong glutes:

Sumo Deadlift- 3 reps

KB Swing - 5 reps

X 5 sets

 

Use a weight that is challenging but that you can still move explosively thru the proper range of motion. Rest 90 seconds between supersets.
