Partner Plank Row
Coach Dustin Myers is coming to you live from THE Old School Gym to bring to you a great Core Strength Technique. You are going to need either a band, towel, or even a sweatshirt and also a partner with a strong core. Start across from one another in a plank position making sure your hips don't shift from side to side as you row the band or towel back an forth. Keep your hips level. Once you have hit 5 reps each switch arms and hit 5 reps on the other side. Give the Partner Plank Row a try and let us know what you think!
