Partner Medicine Ball Push-Ups
Start in a push up position facing a partner that is 5-6 feet away. “Pop up” onto the med ball and do 1 narrow push up, then 1 plyo-push up on each side. Next pass the ball to your right and left before passing it to your partner. Stay in a push up position as they complete one cycle on the med ball and pass it back to you. Complete 3-5 cycles per set.
