Protein Creme Cookies
2 scoops Chocolate Chip Baking Mix
1/2 cup water
1 cup (or more) Coco Whip or other low sugar Kool Whip substitute
-Preheat oven to 350
-Combine Baking Mix and Water in large bowl
-Spread mixture into symmetrical cookie sized globs on greased cookie sheet or parchment paper (recommended)
-Bake cookies 8-10 minutes then remove from oven and place on a plate into the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
-Remove from freezer and spread frozen coco whip between cookies to form “sandwiches”
-Place sandwiches in freezer for 1 hour, or longer depending on how “frozen” you want them to be.
