Muscle Meals: E.A.T Toast
Impress your next sleep over guest with this super delicious and low glycemic version of the classic Eggs and Toast.
Ezekiel Bread - 2 slices
Eggs - 2
Avocado - 1/2
Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
Hot peppers (optional)
Heat a skillet on medium low and add olive oil. Take a knife and cut the middles out of the bread slices. Place the greased pan and crack an egg into the center of the bread. Cover. Flip after 2-3 minutes or once the egg begins to cook thru. Cook an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from pan and add top the toast with sliced Avocado, salsa and hot peppers (if desired). Serve this artful toast to your guest and spend the rest of the day fielding questions about how you are the perfect mate.
