Chicken Thighs - 2 (precooked)
Portobello Mushrooms - 6 (sliced)
Eggs - 3-4
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
The great thing about this recipe is it’s versatility. You can substitute any left over meat (burger, turkey, etc.) for the chicken, and any veggies in place of the mushrooms if they are not your thing.
