Med Ball Wheelbarrow Walk Challenge
This weeks #weeklyworkoutchallenge is from Dustin Myers who is challenging YOU to a 50 foot Med Ball Wheelbarrow Walk. This is one of Dustin's hardest core strength movements in his arsenal. You will need two med balls, Dustin is using 30 pounders, a swiss ball, and a strong core. You will place your feet on the swiss ball, hands on the med balls, and walk forward 50 feet. This is a very tough challenge that is going to require you to keep your core tight then entire time. Can you beat Dustin?
