Light Jog - 400m

Dynamic Stretch

 

400m X 4: 3 Minutes Rest

1st 100m - Jog/Sprint

2nd 100m - Sprint @ 80-90%

3rd 100m - Jog/Stride

4th 100m - Sprint 100%

 

Cool Down:

1 After Final Set - Jog 400-800m
