Max Effort Protein Pumpkin Bread
Happy Halloween! It's October, which also means time for pumpkin bread! If you want a healthier option to snack on this year, give this a try!
- 1 can pumpkin
- 4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream Protein
- 2 cups Almond Milk
- 3/4 cup Blue Agave
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup egg whites
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Combine ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish. Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
