Max Detox Blend Ingredients

The Max Effort Muscle Natural Raspberry Greens not only provides amazing benefits via the Greens Blend, but it also helps cleanse the body through the Detox Blend. While traditional detoxes, juice cleanses, and other nonsense body purification methods do not work, the Max Effort Detox Blend, contained within the Greens, is backed by science.

The first ingredient in the Detox Blend is milk thistle extract. “Milk thistle extract is a herb that contains a few active ingredients collectively referred to as Silymarins. It is a nice liver therapeutic compound… (Examine).” The main function of your liver is to filter blood and other toxins within your body. With the aid of milk thistle extract, that detoxification process is expedited. In addition, milk thistle extract has been show to decrease acne and may have anti-obesity effects.

The second ingredient in the Detox Blend is citrus bioflavonoids. Bioflavonoids are semi-essential nutrients and are sometimes known as “Vitamin P.” They provide many of the benefits of regular vitamins, but do not contain the same biological structure. Citrus bioflavonoids specifically resemble many of the features of vitamin C. They are very powerful antioxidants that help protect the vitamin C molecules in the body. With this aided protection, the benefits of Vitamin C are enhanced. Other benefits of citrus bioflavonoids include the following: increased blood flow, allergy defense, and the maintenance of connective tissue.

Then we move to the third ingredient: burdock root. Burdock root is a vegetable that has been used in ancient Chinese medicine for thousands of years. Not only does it have amazing antioxidant properties, but it helps to remove toxins from the blood. Blood is the life line of humans, and making sure there is an absence of free radicals is imperative. In addition to the antioxidant properties of the burdock root, it can aid in skin health. As an anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial, Burdock root assists in clearing skin.

The final two ingredients in the detox blend are two forms of green tea. The first is a green tea that is 40% polyphenols and the other is China Matcha Leaf Tea. The first (green tea) contains a special group of anti-oxidants called polyphenols. Polyphenols help fight cancer, reduce inflammation, fight free radicals, and help promote stable blood pressure. In order to have the best health possible, we must keep our bodies free from cancerous and dangerous substances. With the aid of green tea and polyphenols, this can be enhanced. Then comes the benefits of the China Matcha Leaf Tea. Matcha tea is a Chinese tradition that goes back to ancient times. This is for a good reason. Matcha tea is rich in Vitamin A, C, E, K, and B, and also contains the amazing benefits of polyphenols. However, Matcha has 137 times more antioxidants than regular green tea. Due to the way it is grown and harvested, the benefits of this amazing tea is amplified.
