FULL BODY WORKOUT powered by @MaxEffortMuscle 
using laundry detergent

Working legs, glutes, biceps, back, and shoulders 

- Backwards lunges 10 reps each side 
- Forward lunges with bicep curl 10 reps 
- Alternating upright row into squat 15 reps 
- Rows for 20 reps 
- left side lateral shoulder raise 15 reps 
- right side lateral shoulder raise 15 reps 
- upright row 15 reps 
- alternating front shoulder raise 10 each side 
- Front walking lunges alternating laundry detergent (kettlebell/dumbbell) pass 10 reps
- Backwards walking lunges alternating laundry detergent (kettlebell/dumbbell) pass 10 reps
- jumping squats going backwards with upright raise for 10 reps then front jumping squats
