Incline Sprint Double Down

Start with a treadmill set to 15% incline and either 12, 10, or 8mph depending on your speed and conditioning. 

Begin with an initial sprint of 10 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest.  Your next sprint will be double that, with 20 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest. 

The third sprint will now be 40 seconds of work followed by 40 seconds rest.  If you can make it thru that one, your last sprint will be 1:20.  If you fail on the 1:20 then you either need to start at a lower speed or turn the speed down as you get into the longer intervals.  Good luck!
