It is winter time and it is cold outside so I don't know about you but I like to drink something warm and refreshing. To make this great Hot Apple Muscle Cider all you have to do is take 1 scoop of the Apple Juice Post Workout add that to a coffee mug add some boiling water and a little touch of cinnamon and that is going to give you 10 grams of BCAAs 5 grams of Glutamine and a million grams of goodness that will warm you to the core!
