GutCheck Hill Sprint Workout of the Week:

10mph 15% Incline.

10 seconds on/10 seconds off

6 minutes (18 sprints)

 

Rather than test your max speed the 1:1 work to rest ratio of this workout will really test your aerobic endurance and recovery. If you cannot complete all 18 sprints at 10 second intervals, lower the incline and/or the speed appropriately.
