Freak Athlete Challenge: Cross Leg To Hand Stand
Coach Dustin Myers is coming to you live from THE Old School Gym to bring to you a Freak Athlete Challenge. This is a good physical challenge/core strength challenge/bodyweight challenge that is very tough. You will need to have long arms to be able to do this one. Start out by sitting indian style and from there put your hands by the side of the body, press up, rotate your hips up into a handstand.
