Double Tricep Kickback
Cory Gregory is here today to show you a great tricep exercise to get your arms more jacked and your bench press bigger. The exercise that you are going to do is the double tricep kickback. You are going to be using both arms and performing 2 different variations. The first one is where your are going to kick the tricep straight back and the other variation being where you will kick the tricep back twisting the dumbbell up and under. Alternate back and forth for 15 reps. The key is when you twist it up and under it hits the tricep belly quite a bit differently. This is going to blow up your triceps, make you look more jacked, and also get that bench press lock out better. Give these Double Tricep Kickbacks a try and let us know what you think!
