Core Strength Tip - Modified Standing Ab Wheel
Core Strength Tip - Modified Standing Ab Wheel:
Coach Dustin Myers is coming to you live from THE Old School Gym to bring to you a great Core Strength Tip. The Standing Ab Wheel is in Dustin's opinion the hardest core exercise that you can do. The big key is to make sure to keep you pelvic tilt and abs tight. If you can not lay all the way out you can use a modified variation. You are going to roll down to your elbows then pop back up. Once you can work up to sets of 10-12 on that try getting down a little further until you are laying all the way out. Give this Core Strength Tip a try and let us know what you think!
