Core Strength Challenge: Dip Planche

Coach Dustin Myers is coming to you live from THE Old School Gym to show you a great Core Strength Challenge involving the dip bars.  You're probably wondering how did Dustin take dips and turn it into a core strength challenge?  Watch and learn!  You are going to start out with 5 regular dips lock out the 5th one and pull your knees up to your chest with lower legs parallel to the ground into a planche position.  Hold that for 5 seconds and rotate back down into 5 more dips.  The goal is to try to rotate through this 5 times with 5x5 on the dips and 5 second holds on the planche.  Give this Core Strength Challenge a try and let us know what you think!
