Arm Superset Trifecta
Welcome to the Arm Superset of the Week with your host Cory Gregory! Cory is going to show you a Arm Superset Trifecta adding shoulders into the mix. Don't forget to check out the AMAZING Sweet Tea Post Workout flavor that will change your life if you try it! Today you are going to do 15 reps of 3 different exercises for 7-8 sets. You are going to start of with bicep curls from a high pulley and curl to the nose. Then you are going to flip your hands over to a face pull right to your chin. The final exercise of the superset is overhead tricep extensions. Make sure to get a good stretch then all the way out keeping your elbows tight to your ear lobes. So it goes bicep curl to the nose, face pull the the chin, and overhead tricep extension for 15 reps of 7-8 sets. Give this Arm Superset Trifecta a try and let us know what you think!
