Home based 6-minute Core Workout:
1 minute each:
Side plank (30 seconds per side)
Plank walk ups
This core workout is perfect for when you don't have time to make it to the gym - it requires no equipment and can be done anywhere, from your living room to a hotel room. Unlike other quick Ab routines, this workout works the entire core - low back, hips, obliques, serratus, glutes, and abs in addition to your Lats, shoulders and triceps.
