MAX EFFORT PROTEIN PANCAKES

*The best tasting and easiest protein pancake ever*

 

Ingredients:

2 scoops Cinnamon or Chocolate Chip Baking Mix

1/3 cup water

1 Tablespoon grass fed butter or cooking spray

Process:

1. Heat skillet over medium low heat

2. Hand blend baking mix and water.  Batter should be slightly runny.  If it is too thick, add more water.  If the batter is too runny, add another tablespoon or two of baking mix.

3.  Melt butter into skillet and coat entire surface.

4.  Make either two large pan size Pancakes, or pour 1/6 cup batter at a time to form small pancakes.

5.  Once edges of pancakes are getting golden brown and a few air bubbles are coming thru, flip the pancakes.  Once flipped, it will take roughly 1/3 of the time it cooked on the first side to finish cooking thru.

6.  No syrup required…these things taste amazing!

 

APPLE CINNAMON CREPES

Dustin Myers is going over a great recipe using the Max Effort Baking Mix to make some MUST TRY Apple Cinnamon Crepes!  For this recipe you are going to need the Max Effort Cinnamon Baking Mix, an apple, an egg, grass-fed butter, and some water.  Crepes are just a fancy word for really thin pancakes as they say in Talladega Nights.  Normally when you make pancakes you are going to want to do a 2:1 ratio of baking mix to water.  With the crepes you want them thinner so the ratio will call for more water.  Check out the recipe below.  Gives these Apple Cinnamon Crepes a try and let us know what you think!

Ingredients:

1 Scoop Max Effort Cinnamon Baking Mix

1 Egg

1/2 Cup Water

1 Apple

Grass-Fed Butter To Grease Pan

Dustin Myers is going over a great recipe using the Max Effort Baking Mix to make some EASY and DELICIOUS Protein Waffles!!  Dustin is PUMPED for this recipe because he hasn't eaten waffles in 6 or 7 years.  With the help of the Baking Mix he can now enjoy them anytime he wants!  This might just be the recipe that you have been waiting for to give our Baking Mix a try.  Give these Protein Waffles a try and let us know what you think!

Protein Waffles

Ingredients:

Baking Mix - 2 scoops

Egg - 1

Water - 1/4 cup

Almond or Peanut Butter - 2 tablespoons

Berries - 1/4 cup

Combine Baking Mix, egg and water in large bowl.  Pour mixture into heated waffle maker.  Cook according to waffle maker specifications (mine has a green light that tells you they are done).  For “Peanut Butter & Jelly Style” top waffles with almond butter and fresh fruit.  If dieting, eat them plain.  If you trying to be huge just go with butter and syrup.

 

BANANA BUTTER BISCUITS

Banana Butter Biscuits

Ingredients:

2 Scoops Cinnamon Baking Mix

1 Banana

1 Egg

2 Tablespoons Almond or Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup water

1 Tablespoon cocoa Powder (optional)

1 Tablespoon Grass fed butter

Process:

-Preheat skillet to medium low

-Mash Banana with fork

-Whisk in 1 egg and mix until runny

-Add Cocoa Powder and Baking Mix

-Add 1/2 cup water and mix all ingredients

-Melt butter in skillet

-Pour desired size biscuits into skillet and cook 2-3minutes per side

 

CINNAMON RAISIN COFFEE MUG MUFFINS

Cinnamon Raisin Coffee Mug Muffins

Need a quick and easy meal to eat on the go?  I got you covered with this super easy and delicious treat using our Cinnamon Baking Mix.

Ingredients:

Cinnamon Baking Mix - 1 scoop

Water - 1-2oz

Raisins - 1oz

Chopped walnuts or pecans - 1oz

 

Method:

Combine Baking mix, raisins, and chopped nuts in a coffee mug or bowl.  Add 1-2oz of water and stir.  Microwave on high for 30 seconds.  Heat an additional 10-15 seconds depending on desired level of “doneness”.  Grab a spoon and enjoy the Mug Muffin on the go.

Substitutions:

The concept works just as well with our Chocolate Chip Baking Mix and Water.  No raisins and nuts necessary.
