COUNTER ATTACK COMBO

Travis "Hapa"Browne is going to show you a great Counter Attack Combo that you can use in defense against your opponent.  A lot of times when your opponent if moving forward striking, they will leave opportunities open to counter.  As they are attacking you moving forward towards you, you will take 4 steps back and with each step you will be throwing a punch with the same side hand as the leg you are stepping back with.  After the last punch you will throw a knee.  It should be Left, Right, Left, Right, Knee.  On the last punch you want to leave your hand out to protect yourself and tuck underneath your shoulder, grab the opponents head, and throw the knee.  Give this Counter Attack Combo a try and let us know what you think!

LONG UPPERCUT HOOK TO THE BODY

Travis "Hapa" Browne is here to show you a combat combo.  In a recent fight that featured Eddie Alvarez vs Justin Gaethje, what Eddie did to start countering the the leg kicks and Justin's head movement which he did a great job of ducking down and covering his face is Eddie did a Long Uppercut Hook To The Body.  He started to do this little combo on both sides and just stayed long with it.  What you want to try to aim for is going past the elbows so you don't break your hand.  Give these tips a try in your next fight or training session and let us know what you think!

SANTA CLAUS'S COMBAT COMBO

Special guest Santa Claus stopped by to show you how he lost weight using a great combat combo.  So what you are going to work on is as your opponent is coming into you, you are going to side step, uppercut, hook, and then overhand right.  As you are defending it is kind of a defender shot.  Make sure once you throw the overhand right that you get right back to your stance.  Give these tips a try in your next fight or training session and let us know what you think!

SWITCH KICK TO A RIGHT HAND

Travis "Hapa" Browne is going to show you how to do a switch kick into a right hand.  This combat combo is going to lead up to how to knock someone out.  What a lot of people do is when they do a switch kick is they really separate their feet then they have a long way to go to finish the kick.  You want to move forward and not move your feet to far apart.  After you hit someone with the switch kick a couple times then follow the switch kick up with a right hand.  Give these tips a try in your next fight or training session and let us know what you think!
