135lb Pushup Challenge
This weeks #weeklyworkoutchallenge is from Dustin Myers who is challenging YOU to a Max Rep 135lb Pushup Challenge! What you will need it 3 45lb plates to lay across you back and a partner to help you load the plates on. Once you get the weights on you will find out real quick that you are going to have to stay tight all the way from your head to your toes otherwise you will collapse under the weight.
