100 Rep Leg Inferno
Need a good finisher after your next leg workout? Try this one to burn out your quads and also build some good muscle endurance. All you need is a bench or a plyo box and something to hold on to.
25 pistols each leg (heel touch)
25 pistols each leg (toe touch)
25 1/4 rep Split Squats each leg
25 Split Squats (regular) each leg
Complete the entire workout with no rest. For an added challenge complete all 100 reps on one side before doing all 4 sets for the opposite leg.
