Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine are not naturally occurring in the body and must be obtained from exogenous sources, such as the Max Effort Muscle Post Workout. Valine not only helps save protein from being used in energy metabolism but it takes excess nitrogen that could otherwise be toxic and repurpose it to actually create more proteins!
