To The Dome

     I’m always making jokes about taking 1-2 scoops of Max Effort Pre-Workout to the dome.  Why do I do it that way?  Here’s the main reason: I want to get this amazing pre-workout into my system as quickly as possible.  I drive about 30 minutes to the gym, so I don’t want to take before I leave or in the car.  I want to take it as soon as I walk in the gym.  On top of that, I don’t want to get any on the side of the bottle.  I want every ounce of this pre-workout going into my system for my training.

     The performance, the intensity and no crash makes it the BEST pre-workout I’ve ever taken.  So, you ask me why I go one scoop to the dome?  Well, two scoops is way too powerful to be honest with you.  One scoop or maybe a scoop and a quarter will do the job.  This isn’t like your normal pre-workouts where you have to take 2-3 scoops to get you right. 

     One scoop of this, to the dome, during your workout is the way to go.  That’s what I recommend and what I use.  As far as cycling pre-workout, I usually go 2-3 bottles on, then I will take a week off.  I train 6 days a week, then have one day off. 

Take one to the dome when you’re warming up and don’t waste any on your shaker cup.  That’s the way to go!
