The Dude Smoothie
Today Clay "The Carpenter" Guida is here to tell you #HowITakeMyMaxEffort. Clay gets a little sweet tooth during training camp and he likes to make a delicious smoothie in the morning right before training or any time through out the day. So what he does is he pre mixes the Chocolate Peanut Butter Tri-Blend Protein with the Cookies N Cream Tri-Blend Protein and uses a 1/2 scoop of that and also a 1/2 a scoop of the Vanilla Blueberry Tri-Blend Protein. Clay throws in an entire banana, handful of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. You can also substitute frozen fruit in if you like your smoothies frozen. Clay likes to use fresh fruit because he likes to snack on the fruit while he makes the smoothie. To get in some good fats, Clay with throw in some pecans, walnuts, and a scoop of natural peanut butter. Throw all of those ingredients into a blender and add water, milk, coconut milk, soy milk, fire it up and that is how you make The Dude Smoothie.
