My Recovery Stack

     I have a very tough time recovering from workouts.  This has challenged me to pay very close attention to nutrition and supplementation. I have struggled with injury and I’m currently coming back from a bilateral sports hernia surgery that sidelined me for months.  I have learned a lot through the process and wanted to share the stack that I used and still currently use to recover from day to day.

     Remember that supplementation alone will not help you fully recover.  If you are training hard and giving MAX EFFORT every day in the gym you will need to get you nutrition dialed in as well if you expect to train at your best.  Recovery is the key if you want to stay in the game so do not neglect it!

My Recovery Stack

Wake-Up @ 3am:

1 Scoop Max Energy

1 Scoop Tri-Blend Creatine

OR

1 Scoop Pre Workout

 

During Workout:

1 Scoop Post Workout

Drink Water After Gone

 

Post Workout:

1 Scoop Post Workout

OR

1 Scoop Tri-Blend Protein

 

(Optional) Mid-Morning Snack:

1 Scoop Tri-Blend Protein

 

After or With Lunch:

1 Scoop Post Workout

 

(Optional) Mid-Afternoon Snack:

1 Scoop Tri-Blend Protein

 

Dinner:

1 Scoop Post Workout

 

Before Bed:

1 Scoop Baking Mix

1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
