My New Fat Burner Strategy

I’m always looking for different ways to potentially optimize fat-burning, fat-loss and my personal physique.  I’ve always experimented with various protocols to see what works best for myself, and I believe that I have stumbled across this approach in the past on accident.

 

My New Strategy

Keep in mind that this depends on your personal schedule.  When I get up at three o’clock in the morning every day, I normally would take my Max Effort Muscle Fat Burner right away.  Following that, I get to the gym at about 4am, taking my pre-workout at approximately 4:15am.  Recently I changed this protocol up.

 

I still get up a 3am, I go to the gym, but I start taking my pre-workout a bit earlier.  This is usually between 3:45 – 4:00am that I’m taking the pre-workout.  What’s great is that the pre-workout does NOT have a crash and it helps me maintain my focus while lifting.

 

At about 5:30 – 6:00am, as soon as I’m in the car on the way to do my lunges, I will take my Fat Burner for the first time that day.  The drive to the track is about 20 minutes, so I’ll start my 800m of lunges at 6:00 – 6:15am.  The 800m typically takes about 20-30 minutes depending on the day.  At about the 200m mark my body is on fire (in a good way).  I’m on fire because I believe that the glycogen has been depleted from my session from Old School, the conditioning is dead on for fat burning, and my metabolism is on point from the volume of the lunges.  For some reason this combination has been working AWESOME.

 

Within eight days of lunging and using this protocol I have gone from 201 to 196 lbs.  Now, lunging 800m without stopping is HARD.  Depending on the person, you can adjust the distance.  I just know that 800m is uncomfortable for me to take on, so I’m committing myself to that distance. 

 

My second dose of the fat burner is taken at 1:00pm, which helps get you through the rest of the day.

 

Disclaimer: That is an advanced supplement protocol from a stimulant standpoint.  If you are a newbie you can take half or less the dosage on both the fat burner and pre-workout.  It depends on the person.
