But we didn’t stop there. Not only are you going to get 200% of your daily Vitamin C intake, but you’ll receive the systematic detoxification benefits from the Detox Blend.
While you may be familiar with some of the vegetables listed within the product, here at Max Effort we want to be transparent with our customer and educate them on the ingredients they may not be as familiar with. Let’s begin with our Greens Blend.
The blend is comprised of a multitude of organic powders, the first being the Organic Spirulina Powder. While some of you may have heard of this phenomenal superfood, many have not. First, let us start by defining what it is. Spirulina is a natural occurring algae that has been around for hundreds of years. In fact, the ancient Aztecs harvested this superfood in order to gain its amazing benefits. Spirulina is extremely high in vitamins B1, B2, and B3. In addition to the B- vitamins, studies show that spirulina can help reduce blood pressure, it appears to have anit-cancer properties, and it helps regulate hunger due to the presence of zinc, magnesium, and GLA (an essential fatty acid).
Next comes the Organic Wheat Grass Powder. Wheat grass is just wheat, but in the early stages of the growing process. While almost everybody has heard of wheat before, few people understand the benefits of its premature plant. Due to this adolescent nature, it is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants- namely vitamin A, C, and E. In addition, there have been studies showing that wheat grass can reduce the buildup of fat in the liver. Furthermore, wheat grass has been shown to help improve digestion, which is vitally important to living a healthy life.
Last in the Greens Blend series, the Organic Barley Grass Powder. Barley grass has the same basis as the wheat grass, as it is the early stage grasses of the barley plant. Like the Organic Wheat Grass Powder, it contains many of the same vitamins and minerals. However, one thing the Organic Barley Grass Powder contains is something called superoxide dismutase or SOD. SOD is an extremely powerful enzyme found in all living cells and its benefits are numerous. SOD benefits in reducing inflammation, removing wrinkles, and even has been shown to help extend life. How does it do it? Well, SOD “helps break down potentially harmful oxygen molecules in cells, which might prevent damage to tissues (Superoxide).” While we aren’t promising you’ll live forever, we can promise the product will be delicious and you will reap the benefits of the Greens Blend.
At Max Effort Muscle we are dedicated to providing the best tasting, most effective products to our customers. In addition, we want you all to understand what you are taking into your body and what benefits you can expect. Our Natural Raspberry Greens product is just one of our delicious products that provides outstanding results.
