How To Take The Amino Recovery

Today, I am here to tell you about Amino Recovery! This is one of my favorite products in the entire line because it has multiple applications and here's some of them:

First off, you can take it post workout. Directly when you are done with your workout you can get 10 grams of BCAAs and 5 grams of glutamine. Mix this up in 8-12 ounces of water, it tastes amazing and mixes great! A lot of people historically only take protein post workout, but I am here to tell you, if you take Amino Recovery directly after your training, then take your Tri-Blend Protein 20-30 minutes later, you can even get more recovery and benefits for that muscle mass.

Now, if you follow a fasting protocol, a lot of people ask, "do BCAAs and glutamine break the fast?" This has no caloric value, so it just kind of depends on what you believe and what kind of program you follow. But, here at Max Effort Muscle, you can do either of those two types of things. 

Now, another application is the JUG LIFE, which is... you see it at every gym, the guy that's carrying around the gallon jug, if you're that guy, I'm that guy... it's cool. Put 2 scoops in your gallon jug, we have multiple different flavors, and it just makes consuming that amount of water much more enjoyable and just smooth sailing. 

Amino Recovery's last, and one of my favorite applications is if you're out and you've had a few too many drinks, here's what I would recommend: 

Because Amino Recovery also has electrolytes, before you go to bed make sure you get 1.5 or 2 scoops, mix it up right before you go to sleep and right when you wake up, and it might take away some of that hangover.
