How To Help Maximize Your Recovery

People ask me all the time about recovery because of the amount of volume that I put my body through with my training programs.  Recovery is of the utmost importance when it comes to longevity. When I examine my lifestyle, it is imperative that I’m more strict with my recovery routine, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to maintain and keep up with what I do.

First up is sleep. I go to bed between 9:30 and 10:00pm every night, waking up the following morning at 3:00am.  Although the duration of my sleep isn’t very long, I am completely out when I hit the sheets.  I am a firm believer that the quality of my sleep is a key factor to me being able to recover every day. Adding the CBD 1000 before bed has helped manage any inflammation and undoubtedly assists me with a deeper sleep.

Even though I don’t get eight hours of sleep every night, I try to get the best five to six hours of sleep possible.  Even ask my wife!  When I’m asleep, I’m asleep!
