Vanilla Ice Cream Crepe

Vanilla Tri-Blend Protein - 1 scoop
Egg - 1
Butter - 1T
Peanut or Almond Butter - 2T
Berries or Banana
1. Heat skillet to medium low
2. Mix Egg with protein
3. Add water, start small, until proper consistency’s reaches (see video)
4. Melt butter in skillet
5. Pour thin crepe into pan and cover. Cook 2-3 minutes
6. Melt PB in microwave
7. Remove crepe from pan, drizzle with PB, top with berries then fold up.
