Spicy Garlic Sliders
1lb Ground Beef
1/4 onion diced very fine
1 red hot chili pepper, crushed or sliced
2-3 cloves garlic, diced or sliced thin
Sweet Hawaiian rolls
Bread and butter pickle chips
Iceberg lettuce - shredded
Heat grill to medium high
Combine egg, onion, pepper, garlic and salt in mixing bowl.
Fold in beef and mix
Form 8-10 small meatballs
Smash meatballs into thin patties
Grill 1-2 minutes per side, flipping once
‘Top with pickle, lettuce and mustard
