Welcome back to another episode of Muscle Meals with your host, Dustin Myers!  Today, Dustin is going over a great recipe using the Max Effort Baking Mix to make some EASY and DELICIOUS Protein Waffles!!  Dustin is PUMPED for this recipe because he hasn't eaten waffles in 6 or 7 years.  With the help of the Baking Mix he can now enjoy them anytime he wants!  This might just be the recipe that you have been waiting for to give our Baking Mix a try.  Give these Protein Waffles a try and let us know what you think!

Protein Waffles

Ingredients:

Baking Mix - 2 scoops

Egg - 1

Water - 1/4 cup

Almond or Peanut Butter - 2 tablespoons

Berries - 1/4 cup

Combine Baking Mix, egg and water in large bowl.  Pour mixture into heated waffle maker.  Cook according to waffle maker specifications (mine has a green light that tells you they are done).  For “Peanut Butter & Jelly Style” top waffles with almond butter and fresh fruit.  If dieting, eat them plain.  If you trying to be huge just go with butter and syrup.
