Ladies and gentleman we have finally reached the pinnacle of protein powder cuisine.  This one is going to satisfy your sweet tooth, curb your cravings for the crunch, and saturate your muscles with high quality protein.

Ingredients:

Popcorn - 1 microwave pack

Tri-Blend Vanilla Ice Cream Protein - 2 scoops

Water - 1-2oz

Butter - 1Tablespoon (optional)

Cinnamon - optional

Process:

1. Cook popcorn according to package directions

2. Preheat oven to 250

3. Melt butter and add to Protein

4. Mix Protein with water (small amount at first) to form a batter

5. Pour protein batter over popcorn in large bowl and mix

6. Spread popcorn out on large baking sheet, lightly dust with cinnamon

7. Bake for 30-40 minutes

8. Remove from oven and break popcorn clusters apart

9. Try not to eat the whole bowl in one sitting (good luck)
