Coach Dustin Myers is live from his kitchen today to tell you #HowITakeMyMaxEffort.  Dustin is going to talk to you today about how he takes his favorite protein flavor, the Chocolate Peanut Butter Tri-Blend Protein. Ingredients and Process:

4oz of Ice

4oz of Brewed Coffee

1 Tablespoon of Almond Butter or Natural Peanut Butter

1 Scoop of Chocolate PB Tri-Blend Protein

Top it off with a little Coconut Milk

Blend Together!
