No-Bake Muscle Cookies
Do you have a sugar tooth and are quick to get in the cupboards at home? Well, you NEED these no-bake muscle cookies to curve those cravings!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Tri-Blend Protein - 1 scoop
Coconut Milk* - 1/2 cup, 1/4 cup
Peanut Butter - 1/4 cup
Butter - 2T
Oats - 1 cup
1. Heat 1/2 cup milk and butter in saucepan and bring to a boil
2. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and protein
3. Add oats and the other 1/4 cup milk. Fold together.
4. Place cookie globs on wax paper
5. Let cool in freezer until hardened up
*any milk or milk substitute will work
