Welcome back to a special episode of Muscle Meals with Max Effort Athlete and today's barista, Lance Palmer!  Today, Lance whipped up a special kick to the morning brew and introduces you to Muscle Coffee.  Are you some one that can not drink their morning coffee without adding a little creamer or sprinkling in some sugar?  Have you searched for a healthier alternatives to make your morning brew taste good?  Worry no longer!  With this healthy coffee recipe below you will be able to enjoy your coffee while also getting in a little protein and fats along with it.  This is a great way to start out the day and help you tackle anything that stands in your way!  Give this Muscle Coffee recipe a try and let us know what you think!

Muscle Coffee

12oz of coffee, brew in French Press. 

1 scoop of Max Effort Tri-Blend Cookies N Cream Protein

1 Tbsp extra virgin organic coconut oil

Blend for 10 seconds, let settle

Blend again, to emulsify the oil

SLAM IT AND TAKE ON THE DAY!!!!
