Step 1: Mix 1 egg and 1 scoop Baking Mix. Add a small amount of water to form a paste. Preheat oven to 350.

 

Step 2: add a small handful (approx 1 oz) of:

-coconut flakes

-cashews

-pecans

-pumpkin seeds

-dried cranberries

Mix thoroughly.

 

Step 3: spoon mixture into greased baking dish (grease with grass fed butter, preferably).

Step 4: bake for 12-15 minutes.

Step 5: remove from pan and slice into bars.  Enjoy hot out of the oven or on the go.

***note: for the trail mix portion you may substitute any type of nuts or dried fruit
