Max Effort Thin Mint Cookies

We have just released our BRAND NEW Mint Chocolate Chip Tri-Blend Protein, so what better time to make some thin mint cookies to enjoy this summer?!

Ingredients

Mint Chocolate Chip Tri-Blend Protein - 1 scoop

Egg - 1

Water - 1-2oz

Butter - 1T

Process

1. Heat skillet to medium low

2. Mix egg and add protein

3. Add Water, starting with a small amount, mix until desired consistency is reached

4. Melt butter in skillet

5. Add batter using small spoonfuls

6. Cook 1-2 minutes then flip

7. Remove from heat and let cool

8. Serve and enjoy the next best thing to Girl Scout cookies
