Max Breakfast Bowl

1/2 cup steel cut oats (cooked)

2 strawberries

8 blueberries

1 oz chopped walnuts

1 T Almond Butter

10 Stevia sweetened chocolate chips (sugar free)

Coconut milk


I generally eat a very low carb diet, but sometimes after an intense sprint workout in the morning I feel like I need some quality carbs to replenish the muscle glycogen that I burned thru.
