How To Properly Scramble Eggs
What if I told you that you have been scrambling eggs the wrong way your whole life? Most people over cook their eggs, chopping them up into chunks of rubber.
Here's the keys:
Mix eggs in bowl.
Heat the pan and olive oil (or butter) to medium.
Once the oil is almost smoking, pour eggs into pan.
As the edges begin to cook, use a fork to "pull" the eggs to the middle.
Once a mass of eggs has formed, flip once or twice.
The entire process should take 2 minutes or less.
