Welcome back to another episode of Muscle Meals with your host, Dustin Myers! Today, Dustin is going over a great healthy recipe for a Breakfast Salad that will give you a great start to your day. Dustin is going to solve a problem for you. What is that problem you ask??? How many times have you found yourself where you have whipped up a nice salad and then you either don't have time or don't have chicken to throw on the grill? You don't have a nice steak to slice up and put over top of the salad? Now what are you going to do with the salad when you need to add some protein to it??? We don't want to have to resort to a can of tuna. We want something nice and something that tastes good. So, what Dustin is going to show you is how to fry up a couple eggs and some turkey lunch meat in coconut oil and put that over your salad.
