45 Second Max Effort Baking Mix Recipe

There has been a very popular recipe running through the Max Effort Muscle headquarters lately featuring our delicious Baking Mix!

Our interns have been eating it for breakfast, John Fosco has been eating it for lunch, and our employees have been using it for their nightly carb spikes!

 

The recipe goes as follows:

-One scoop of Chocolate Chip or Cinnamon Baking Mix

-Water

-Peanut Butter

 

Add one scoop of baking mix into a large bowl. Then add water and mix until there is a smooth consistency. Put in the microwave for 30 seconds. Take out, mix it again. Put back in the microwave for 15 seconds. Mix again and then add peanut butter to it!
