Try This, Not That: Post Workout Protein Smoothie
Supplementing correctly is a huge part of keeping your body healthy and ready to go each day. I know for me this used to be an issue. Not because I didn’t want to take them, but because I wanted to be able to take all the supplements I needed. This was an issue sometimes because it felt like I was always drinking shakes or mixing drinks and it led to me sometimes forgetting a certain one or feeling way to full constantly from all the liquid.
I kept thinking to myself there had to be a better way. That’s when I found Max Effort Muscle supplements. There are many great things about these supplements, but I love that you can stack them and consume them together. So now I start my day with a post workout breakfast shake that combines a few of my favorite supplements.
After my workout, before I head to work I make a shake that consists of strawberry ice cream tri-blend protein, tri-blend creatine, 1/2 banana, 6-8 ounces of skim milk, ice and recently I have added the greens. I blend this up and it makes a delicious post workout breakfast shake. The flavors Max Effort Muscle has come up with are unreal! I know some people can’t do milk, but it is also great with water. This was a great way for me to get my supplements in at the same time everyday without consuming 3 different drinks and it makes my body feel great. Give it a try!
